Veronica Boutelle, MA Ed., CTC, is the former Director of Behavior & Training at the San Francisco SPCA. She has been helping dog professionals create their dream businesses for more than five years.

Veronica is the author of How to Run a Dog Business, writes business columns for APDT’s Chronicle of the Dog and the Canadian APDT’s Forum, and is a sought-after speaker at conferences and dog training schools across the country.


Gina Phairas
Gina Phairas, BSc Comms, CTC, is a former San Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers instructor and a trainer with extensive experience in the dog service industry. A dynamic speaker and gifted teacher, Gina helps dog pros break their goals down and achieve them step by step, offering invaluable guidance, humor, and support along the way.

Gina previously ran a successful dog training business of her own and consulted for shelters and rescue groups across the country.
